Why You Will Love this Job
We currently have vacancies for a proactive FLT Yard Operative to join our team. Working afternoons 2pm - 10pm.
The Role:
- Use the FLT to load and unload deliveries.
- Assist with internal & external deliveries & collections.
- Apply tagging system onto equipment when items return to depot.
- Maintain cables – sort, number, clean and repair.
- Continuous compliance and health and safety checks.
- Supporting colleagues with the workload.
- Accurate recording keeping using the company’s bespoke system.
The Person:
- Workshop or logistics experience required.
- FLT experience.
- The ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good understanding of health and safety.
- Good housekeeping.
- Be able to understand risk assessments.
- Any experience in a Yard position is attractive.
