Rehlko is seeking a proactive Onboarding Coordinator to deliver an exceptional onboarding experience for new starters, ensuring warmth, support and setup for success from day one.
You will travel daily between Rehlko sites in Loughborough (LE11), Heanor (DE75) and Langley Mill (NG16), coordinating onboarding activities, building relationships across the business and ensuring colleagues have everything they need before their start.
