Responsible for the administration and credit control of the company’s Service Plan (maintenance contract) Renewals and deputizing for the Renewals Team Manager.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Routine pro-active telephone contact with the company’s Service Plan customers.
  • Production of Service Plan renewal quotations (if requested by the customer) ensuring they are grammatically correct, accurate and properly presented and be proficient in working out Pro Rata requests.
  • Production of Service Plan renewal letters and invoices ensuring they are grammatically correct, accurate and properly presented.
  • Pro-active follow up of renewal quotations, letters and invoices to ensure their receipt and acceptance by the customer.
  • Proactive credit control of late payment Service Plan invoices.
  • Ongoing liaison with the Admin & Finance department on credit control matters.
  • Ongoing administration of the Service Plan (EWA) database.
  • When required, proactively identify new organizations/end-users responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the systems installed.
  • On occasion in the absence of the Renewals Manager assist the Service Sales Director on projects and ad hoc requests.
