We provide:* Competitive compensation and benefits* Work-life flexibility* Recognition and rewards* Development and career opportunities* A safe and inclusive workplace**Why You Will Love this Job**## The OpportunityReporting to the Head of Commercial, the Commercial Contracts Manager will play a pivotal role in managing contractual risk, supporting project delivery and ensuring robust commercial governance across Rehlko's portfolio of hyperscale and industrial projects.This is a senior commercial position responsible for negotiating, reviewing and administering complex customer agreements, whilst providing expert contractual guidance to internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.The successful candidate will become the commercial lead for major customer contracts, helping to protect the business from unnecessary risk whilst enabling sustainable growth and strong customer relationships.## ## Key Responsibilities* Lead the review, negotiation and administration of Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), NDAs and associated commercial contracts.* Identify, assess and mitigate contractual, commercial and operational risks throughout the project lifecycle.* Support sales, estimating and project delivery teams during tendering and contract award stages.* Ensure contractual obligations are clearly communicated and understood by operational teams.* Develop and maintain robust contract governance processes and controls.* Support the implementation and ongoing management of contract lifecycle management systems.* Monitor contractual KPIs, service levels and compliance requirements.* Act as the escalation point for contractual disputes, claims and commercial challenges.* Lead the resolution of customer contra charges and commercial disputes.* Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and key internal stakeholders.* Provide mentoring, guidance and development support to Commercial Assistants and wider commercial team members.* Drive continuous improvement across commercial processes, documentation and governance standards.## ## About YouWe are looking for an experienced commercial professional with a strong background in contract negotiation, risk management and contract administration within engineering, construction, infrastructure, energy or related sectors.You will have:* Significant experience managing complex commercial contracts and customer agreements.* Strong understanding of contractual risk management and governance.* Experience negotiating high-value customer contracts and frameworks.* Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build effective working relationships.* Strong commercial awareness with a proactive approach to problem solving.* Experience resolving contractual disputes and managing commercial claims.* Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills.* A collaborative leadership style with the ability to mentor and develop others.Experience supporting data centre, critical infrastructure, engineering or industrial projects would be highly advantageous.## ## What We Offer* Competitive salary of £80,000 - £95,000.* Car allowance.* Company bonus scheme.* Pension and benefits package.* Hybrid working opportunities.* Career development within a growing critical power business.* Opportunity to work on major hyperscale and mission-critical projects.## ## Apply NowIf you're an experienced commercial contracts professional looking to play a key role in protecting and supporting the delivery of high-value customer projects, we'd love to hear from you.Apply today to join Rehlko and help shape the commercial success of our growing business. #J-18808-Ljbffr
