Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Health & Wellness Influencer Manager. The Health & Wellness Influencer Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with influencers in the health and wellness sector, coordinating campaigns, ensuring high-quality customer service, and aligning influencer activities with the company\'s brand goals. The role also involves budgeting for influencer partnerships, developing wellness programs, and communicating effectively with both influencers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and identify health and wellness influencers
- Conduct thorough vetting on audience quality, engagement rates, and compliance history
- Develop and maintain long-term, trust-based influencer relationships
- Oversee influencer onboarding and education on compliance guidelines
- Match influencers to suitable campaigns in partnership with campaign managers
- Negotiate influencer fees and contract terms
- Coordinate influencer community-building initiatives (e.g., newsletters, events)
- Maintain a detailed CRM of influencer profiles and partnership history
Requirements
- 3+ years in influencer marketing, talent management, or partnerships
- Strong knowledge of health, wellness, or lifestyle content landscapes
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Ability to assess influencer authenticity and brand fit
- Understanding of compliance rules (ASA, MHRA, FTC, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
