The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

We are looking for a new team member to jump in and be part of our amazing team based in Horsham, West Sussex. You will be responsible for a variety of duties in the coordination of care for clients including scheduling, office administration and supporting field support activities whilst providing the highest quality of service to clients.

The Role

  • Ensure schedules are prepared, considering travel time, holidays, training and last-minute cancellations.
  • Be responsive to changes in the schedule and liaise with relevant team members.
  • Responsible for all aspects of office administration activities whilst being reactive to the needs of the business.
  • Warmly greet visitors to the office; answer phone calls in a polite, professional manner, passing on clear messages where appropriate.
  • Manage correspondence by responding to emails and handling incoming and outgoing post.
  • Maintain accurate client and Care Professional records on Home Instead software and People Planner.
  • Conduct client and Care Professional introductions.
  • Provide support to the Client Experience team.
  • Participate in on-call out of hours duties as required.
  • Ensure compliance with Policies and Process in respect of employment and service delivery.
  • Carry out any other duties deemed necessary for the successful operation of the business.

Essential Criteria

  • Passion for delivering the highest quality care to our clients and helping them to live independently and happily in their own homes.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Good working knowledge of IT systems with experience of Microsoft Office or Google Suite and virtual communication platforms with the aptitude to learn and adopt new technologies and software where appropriate.
  • Must have full driving license and means of transport to visit.
  • Be organised and flexible to meet the needs of the business.
  • Experience in the care sector delivering a wide range of personal care services.
  • Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
