We are a well-known Healthcare group with reliable, dedicated, and professional staff within our services already! We care for adults aged 19 - 60 who have learning difficulties and Mental Health issues. Rehability UK specializes in supporting adults with complex needs (including, but not limited to, Autistic Spectrum Condition, Learning Disability, and Mental Health) to live their best possible life. Your Role
Our Support Workers are our greatest asset. By understanding the needs of people you support, you’ll provide exceptional care that can change their lives. Your role will involve, however, not limited to:
- Helping people we support to engage in meaningful opportunities and activities – empowering them to enjoy a great life filled with unforgettable experiences.
- Getting involved in support in the community as social activities or shopping trips.
- Ability to communicate is essential, considering individual communication needs, and helping people communicate effectively with others.
- Assisting with Personal care and hygiene (if required).
- Medication administration (if required).
- Support with preparing and cooking meals, cleaning, shopping, planning daily activities.
- Support with attending medical appointments.
- Support with social activities.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience with complex needs, or Mental Health, Autism or Learning Disability, as per service requirement.
- Male or Female as per service requirement, and ideally a driver.
- Willingness to learn.
- Flexible.
- Communication.
