Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates for care roles using job boards, social media, and internal databases
- Screen CVs to identify suitable applicants for care positions
- Write and post job advertisements tailored to the care sector roles
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in line with data protection requirements
- Arrange interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and service managers
- Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and supportive experience
- Work closely with the service managers to understand staffing needs and service requirements
- Receive and manage agency staffing requests from service managers
- Liaise with approved agencies to source suitable staff for required shifts
- Confirm and allocate suitable agency staff to service needs
- Provide timely updates and confirmations to service managers
