By understanding the needs of people you support, you’ll provide exceptional care that can change their lives. Your role will involve, however, not limited to: • Helping people we support to engage in meaningful opportunities and activities – empowering them to enjoy a great life filled with unforgettable experiences. • Getting involved in support in the community as social activities or shopping trips. • Ability to communicate is essential, considering individual communication needs, and helping people communicate effectively with others. • Assisting with Personal care and hygiene (if required) • Medication administration (if required) • Support with preparing and cooking meals. Cleaning, shopping, planning daily activities • Support with attending medical appointments • Support with social activities ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: * Previous experience with complex needs, or Mental Health, Autism or Learning Disability, as per service requirement * Female only and a driver as the service location is not reachable by public transport * Willingness to learn * Flexible * Communication Additional Information * We are not offering Sponsorships to any of the roles.
