- Providing person-centred support tailored to individual needs.
- Encouraging and supporting people to participate in meaningful activities and hobbies.
- Supporting individuals with community access, shopping, appointments, and social activities.
- Assisting with personal care where required.
- Administering medication following training and company procedures.
- Supporting with meal planning, cooking, household tasks, and maintaining a safe living environment.
- Assisting individuals to attend medical and healthcare appointments.
- Promoting independence, dignity, choice, and inclusion at all times.
- Maintaining accurate records and working collaboratively with colleagues and healthcare professionals
