What you'll be working: 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, 1 hour unpaid lunch. This is a remote role, supporting clients across Milton Keynes and surrounding areas, with travel required.
What you'll be doing: As Clinical Lead, you will be at the heart of clinical excellence across our case management community. You’ll set the standard for safe, effective and evidence‑based practice, ensuring that person‑centred care isn’t just a principle, but a lived reality. You’ll act as a trusted clinical authority and mentor, providing expert oversight of complex caseloads and high‑quality supervision covering risk, safeguarding and best practice. Your leadership will empower others, strengthen decision‑making and raise standards across the organisation. Working in close partnership with the Brand Director and Senior Management Team, you’ll have real influence, shaping clinical strategy, developing services and building workforce capability that reflects who we are and what we stand for.
What you'll have: You’re a confident, credible and values‑led clinician with a recognised professional qualification in:
- Occupational Therapy
- Physiotherapy
- Nursing (RGN)
- Speech & Language Therapy
- Social Work (CQSW/DipSW)
You hold current professional registration, are a BABICM and IRCM member, and are a driver with access to a vehicle. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong influencing skills with the ability to quickly build positive relationships with case managers and referrers. Demonstrates confidence and clinical authority in decision making whilst taking initiative to resolve complex cases and drive service improvements. Capable of working under pressure and adapting to team dynamics. Ability to exercise discretion when dealing with confidential or sensitive matters. Structured and logical thinker, comfortable working at both strategic and detailed levels. Strong attention to detail and deadlines. Excellent time management and proven ability to supervise and manage staff effectively. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and deliver multiple tasks concurrently. Significant hands-on clinical experience in your relevant field, ideally working with clients who require case management or complex care coordination.
