About You
- General AHPRA or registration with ASORC
- Tertiary qualification in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
- At least two + years’ experience in occupational rehabilitation
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team

The role
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of 3-4 Psychologists, Rehab Counsellors & Social Workers providing guidance and support while carrying your own case load. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting open communication and teamwork. Provide your expert guidance and support through structured quality assurance and strategic review. Strong clinical and technical knowledge to deliver a high service standard to our clients and customers. Building and nurturing relationships comes naturally to you – spanning from individual bonds with your team to professional dynamics with our key clients.
