As project manager, you will successfully manage allocated control systems biased subcontracts and their associated activities from conception through to completion, delivering work that meets project requirements, customer satisfaction and in accordance with Morgan Sindall standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Successfully manage allocated subcontracts and their associated activities from receipt of design, through manufacturing and site installation phases, to final account and project handover.
  • Lead and coordinate a multi-discipline team to support and administer the contracts assigned for successful outcomes.
  • Manage and report cost/schedule impacts in line with reporting requirements.
  • Integrate contracts assigned within the wider project scope, coordinating with engineering, project and construction management colleagues.
  • Represent Morgan Sindall and the project in collaborative engagements with our customers, supply chain and key stakeholders.
  • Achieve customer satisfaction in accordance with Morgan Sindall processes and targets.

You will be educated to degree or HNC/HND level in a relevant technical discipline, ideally electrical, automation or instrumentation biased. You will have proven experience of working with and managing contractors within a collaborative major project construction environment and a good understanding of technical, quality, safety and commercial indicators influencing project performance.

Operating in the Nuclear sector for just over a decade, Morgan Sindall Infrastructure delivers services from operational reactor support, new build and decommissioning, to nuclear defence facilities and more sensitive projects within highly regulated and secure sites.

A 20-year partnership, PPP was established by Sellafield Ltd through contracts with Kellogg Brown and Root (KBR), Jacobs, Morgan Sindall Infrastructure and Doosan Babcock Ltd in 2019, to revolutionise project delivery at Sellafield and create a lasting legacy.
