Responsibilities
- Managing everything on site, from operations to customer service.
- Rising to challenges and solving problems.
- Giving tours to prospective customers.
- Upselling to existing customers.
- Looking after customers so well that they become brand ambassadors.

- Some experience delivering against targets while leading a small, close‑knit team (e.g., a flexible workspace centre, a store, a restaurant or any high‑customer‑focus site).
- Natural sales and commercial skills with passion, drive, ownership and resilience.
