And you\’ll be able to work better, faster and happier too.Your job, your way As a Community Associate, you\’ll work closely with new and existing customers, solving problems for them and making sure they have everything they need.The opportunity As a Community Associate, you\’ll work closely with new and existing customers, solving problems for them and making sure they have everything they need.A typical day at Regus Arrive 15 minutes before your centre opens to make sure everything is ready and check there\’s nothing the cleaners have missed.Assist customers with requests: e.g., provide a Wi‐Fi code, check if a package has arrived, give directions to meeting rooms, help set up projectors, and take drink orders.Sort mail and respond to customer inquiries, including notifying customers when packages are ready.Plan and write invites for next week\’s networking events with the Community Manager, and create and post posters around the centre.Wrap up the day by guiding the group to a nearby restaurant, tidying the space, and heading home.About You A good communicator, with the ability to build strong professional relationships and empathise with people\’s needsHappy taking ownership of problems and finding ways to solve themPositive, enthusiastic and able to adapt to fast-changing situationsConfident using MS Office and other basic IT packagesWhat We Offer A competitive salary packageA bright and inspiring work environmentTraining and development opportunitiesSeniority level Entry levelEmployment type Full-timeJob function OtherIndustries Facilities Services
