- Week 1: 6am β 6pm, Monday to Wednesday
- Week 2: 6am β 6pm, Thursday to Saturday
- Week 3: 6pm β 6am, Monday to Wednesday
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative that will help to support our busy manufacturing facility. We are looking for someone who ideally has previous experience working within a production environment or within the Printing industry, however if you are keen to learn the role and get stuck in with the team, then full training will be provided. You will be responsible for ensuring the product quality consistently meets and exceeds our customer specifications and production targets are met by focusing on continual process improvement. There will also be the opportunity to progress into Gravure Printer or Colour Mixer roles for the right candidate.
Key Skills
- Excellent observational skills are essential.
- The ability to work well under pressure.
- The ability to use own initiative and resolve any problems that may arise.
- Ppt/flt/bendi license would also be an advantage but not essential.
- The ability to work well as part of a team and also function alone without direct oversight.
- The ability to prioritise daily tasks to maintain efficiency and housekeeping standards.
- Ability to work in role that requires manual handling.
- Good time management skills with the ability to multi task.
