We are seeking an experienced industry professional with a proven history of managing a high-profile managing agent framework portfolio to join our operations team. You will be ultimately responsible for ensuring effective and efficient delivery of services to the portfolio by managing, leading by example, mentoring and training the team, ensuring client retention and the consistent delivery of exceptional standards and reporting performance through KPI’s and presentations, with a strong focus on ESG and Health and Safety.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring we exceed client expectations in relation to cleaning and associated services.
- Taking responsibility for all aspects of management of your portfolio.
- Building and maintaining client relationships.
- Ensuring the consistent delivery of service while driving growth and service enhancements through the provision of innovative and sustainable solutions.
