We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our Operations team!
Position: Service Delivery Manager
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000
Hours: 40 hours per week
(Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the business, which may require you to adjust your usual working hours and days from time to time)
Your duties would include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring cleaning and associated services are delivered to agreed standards across multiple sites
- Managing site audits, quality inspections and performance reviews to maintain service excellence
- Building strong relationships with clients and responding promptly to service requests and concerns
- Attending client meetings and providing recommendations for service improvements.
- Leading, supporting and motivating site-based teams through coaching and regular communication
- Managing recruitment, onboarding, inductions and training of colleagues.
- Overseeing performance, attendance and conduct matters in line with company policies
- Managing materials, consumables and equipment while controlling costs within budget
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, sustainability and service delivery
- Supporting contract growth by identifying additional opportunities within existing client contracts
- Promoting a positive health and safety culture and ensuring compliance across all sites
- Supporting incident investigations, risk assessments and Safe Systems of Work

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for:
- Experience managing multi-site cleaning contracts
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Confident managing people, including performance, attendance and employee relations matters
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and controlling costs
- Good understanding of Health & Safety and employment legislation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Flexible approach to working hours and business needs
