About the job
As our Digital Content Creator, you will be at the heart of our visual storytelling – crafting compelling content that helps us win new business, engage our people, and showcase our impact. This is a dynamic, multi-disciplinary creative role that blends graphic design, video production, and content creation.
You’ll work closely with the Bid & Content Manager while taking the lead in shaping narratives and bringing them to life across a range of formats - from high-end client presentations to video content, social media assets, and wider communications. The role is delivered through a mix of office-based work and regular London site visits, so you will need to be confident working across both environments and adapting quickly as priorities shift.
Key areas of responsibility
- Client Proposal & Presentation Design
- Design high-impact client proposals and pitch decks that clearly communicate our values and align with client priorities.
- Collaborate with the Bid & Content Manager to shape messaging, structure and visual flow.
- Translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals – using layout, hierarchy, animation and infographics.
- Create supporting materials such as case studies, process diagrams and illustrations.
- Video Production
- Plan, film and edit video content onsite at client locations across London.
- Capture authentic footage of our people, services and social impact activities.
- Film independently using camera, audio and lighting equipment, adapting confidently to different environments.
- Edit footage into polished outputs in line with our brand, including short-form social edits, internal updates and longer-form video content.
- Graphic Design & Branding
- Design digital and print assets including sales collateral, posters, flyers, blog visuals and internal comms.
- Adapt and design illustrations in line with Regular Cleaning’s illustration style.
- Develop and maintain branded templates and reusable assets to ensure consistency.
- Act as a brand champion - protecting and evolving our visual identity.
- Organise and manage a central library of brand assets and templates.
- Digital & Social Content
- Design engaging social media visuals, animations and supporting assets.
- Collaborate with the content team to plan and schedule posts across platforms.
- Tailor content for different audiences and channels.
- Refine short-form copy (headlines, captions, callouts) to ensure clarity and tone.
The duties listed above are not conclusive and you may be required to carry out duties in addition to the above in order to meet the needs of the client, the company, or your team.
Necessary qualifications, skills and experience
- Strong graphic design and visual storytelling skills.
- A degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
- Experience with DSLR cameras, lighting and audio equipment.
- Skilled in video editing software (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve).
