We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Head of Partnerships to lead our global partner strategy. This critical leadership role is responsible for nurturing our existing ecosystem of partners and identifying new opportunities to drive significant revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnership Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive global partnership strategy that aligns with Regnology's business goals and revenue targets.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive incremental revenue through the partner ecosystem by creating and managing joint sales campaigns, partner education programs, and exploring new business models like Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).
  • Ecosystem Management: Nurture and strengthen existing relationships with our diverse partners, ensuring they are educated, enabled, and motivated to promote Regnology's solutions.
  • New Opportunities: Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to expand our market reach and uncover new revenue streams.
  • Go-to-Market: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop joint go-to-market plans, co-branded collateral, and demand generation activities with partners.
  • Performance Tracking: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for partner success, providing regular reports to the executive team on the health and growth of the partner program.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure our partnership strategy is integrated across all facets of the business.

Desired Qualifications & Experience

  • A seasoned partnership leader with a proven track record of building and scaling global partner programs in the B2B software or financial technology space.
  • Experienced in managing a diverse partner ecosystem, including relationships with Big4 firms, global system integrators (GSIs), ISVs, and major cloud providers.
  • A strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset, skilled at identifying and capitalising on new revenue opportunities.
  • An excellent communicator and relationship builder, capable of influencing and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Results-driven, with a history of meeting and exceeding revenue targets through partner channels.
  • You understand the value of a strong partner network and are passionate about creating win-win scenarios.
