We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist adults with learning disabilities and sight loss at our supported living facility. The role focuses on creating a safe, inclusive environment where residents can thrive independently.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily support from morning routines to bedtime, including personal care and medication assistance.
  • Plan and facilitate person‑centred activities that promote wellbeing and enjoyment.
  • Contribute to individualized support plans and adapt them as needs evolve.
  • Build therapeutic relationships with residents, fostering trust and confidence.
  • Maintain accurate and timely support notes, ensuring all details are recorded.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a care or support setting.
  • Right to live and work in the United Kingdom.
