Qualifications
- Able to work a flexible schedule
- Have a valid Ontario hair stylist license
- Have 2 – 5 years of hair styling experience
- Live in close proximity to the salon (Scarborough, ON)
- Proven skills and experience in Colour & Chemical Techniques (Please bring to interview: portfolio, Instagram account, certificates and/or photos demonstrating your colour work)
- Able to communicate effectively with the client
- Maintain a professional appearance and a positive attitude
What You Would Be Doing
- Adhere to the First Choice Hair 4-step Brand Standard for Service Excellence
- Meet service & retail targets and adhere to salon processes / procedures
- Provide client consultations with recommendations on styles, services, and products
- Offer exceptional customer service to our guests during their hair appointments
- Technically savvy and comfortable with computer applications (including POS)
