  4. Offer social and emotional support by being there for residents, creating smiles, listening to life stories, and sharing cultures.
  5. Assist residents during mealtimes and help them engage in lifestyle activities.
  6. Document incidents and care, while participating in Work Health and Safety programs.
  7. Work as part of a team to deliver outstanding service that positively impacts our community.

  1. A true passion for caring for others.
  2. A caring credential – a Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Nursing, or related health/care studies.
  3. Prior experience as a Personal Care Assistant-Assistant in Nursing (PCA-AIN) in aged care is preferred, but training will be provided for newcomers.
  4. A commitment to holistic care that supports residents in achieving their goals.

If you\’re studying your nursing degree and have completed an aged care clinical placement, or have an overseas nursing qualification, we want to hear from you.

Benefits to support and reward you
