Our Salisbury team is looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join their team on a full time, term time only, permanent basis.

About You:
- Have recent experience as a Learning Support Assistant or a similar role or have a relevant life-experience and passion for working with students aged 7+
- Have knowledge or willingness to learn of the National Curriculum and additional support needs.
- Have experience of working with children/young people of relevant age in a learning environment or relevant work experience with transferable skills.
- Have good communication skills, written and verbal.
- Set an example of positive personal integrity and professionalism with positive, appropriate and effective communications and relationships at all levels.
- Ensure high standards are maintained, progressed and promoted in all areas of work.
