Location: UK (multi-site travel required)

We are looking for a driven and experienced Regional Estates and Building Services Manager to oversee the operational delivery of estates and facilities services across our UK campuses. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives on ensuring high standards, consistency and reliability across a multi-site environment.

Working closely with campus teams, you will ensure the effective day-to-day management of building services, supporting safe, well-maintained and compliant environments that enable our schools to operate at their best across 23 locations.

Key responsibilities:
  • Managing building services operations across the region (hard & soft FM)
  • Ensuring full statutory compliance and health & safety standards
  • Leading contractor and supplier performance management
  • Overseeing maintenance programmes and PPM schedules
  • Supporting delivery of small capital projects and refurbishments
  • Managing budgets, cost control and value for money
  • Coaching and supporting on-site premises teams
About you:
  • Experience in estates, facilities or building services management
  • A solid understanding of M&E systems and compliance requirements
  • Experience managing suppliers, contracts and service delivery
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to balance operational delivery with continuous improvement
  • A relevant qualification in Estates, Engineering or Facilities Management is desirable.
