Are you a senior construction and commercial leader who thrives on managing multiple high-value projects whilst staying close to the delivery? We are looking for an experienced Regional Contracts Manager to lead a complex portfolio of capital projects across OneSchool Global UK. This is a high-impact role with accountability for a multi-million pound programme, where you will oversee 8-12 live projects at any one time, typically valued at £10m+.

Operating from a client-side perspective, you will take ownership of commercial governance and delivery oversight across multiple projects, managing main contractors and third-party consultants to ensure successful outcomes. This is not a purely strategic or oversight role; we are looking for someone who combines strong commercial leadership and a hands-on approach who is comfortable setting direction at portfolio level and getting into the detail to drive delivery, challenges and solutions. This role will be based 2 days per week at our Regional Support Office in Warwick and 3 days spent visiting live construction projects across the UK supporting delivery on new build and capital developments.

About You

  • Proven experience leading multiple construction projects (minimum 10+) with individual values of £10m+
  • Strong commercial and contractual expertise (e.g. JCT) with a track record of cost control, risk management and governance
  • Able to operate at both strategic and delivery level. A hands-on leader who stays close to the detail
  • Confident in influencing senior stakeholders while driving performance across contractors, consultants and internal teams
  • Highly organised, resilient and solutions focused with the ability to manage complex programmes under pressure

We offer:

  • A competitive salary, staff laptop, free breakfast and lunches and on-site free parking
  • 25 days annual leave plus statutory bank holidays
  • Workplace pension scheme and Staff Referral scheme
  • Collaborate with fellow OSG educators across the UK and around the world.
  • High-quality, technology-empowered learning environments.
  • Strong career advancement opportunities.
