We are seeking two committed and proactive Teaching Assistants to join our Kenley Campus on a full time, term time only basis. The roles are available due to the progression of other staff members. This role will be supporting pupils within a small class setting to access learning, build confidence, and make meaningful progress across the curriculum. - You will work closely with class teachers to support learning, progress, and engagement, particularly for pupils with additional needs.
- Support teaching and learning across the curriculum, including SEND provision.
- Deliver targeted 1:1 and small group support to reinforce learning objectives.
- Promote independence, positive behaviour, and pupil engagement.
- Assist with preparation of learning resources and classroom organisation.
- Contribute to a structured, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
