We are seeking a committed and proactive Teaching Assistant to join our Northwich Campus, supporting pupils within a small class setting to access learning, build confidence, and make meaningful progress across the curriculum. About the role:

  • You will work closely with class teachers to support learning, progress, and engagement, particularly for pupils with additional needs.
  • Support teaching and learning across the curriculum, including SEND provision.
  • Deliver targeted 1:1 and small group support to reinforce learning objectives.
  • Promote independence, positive behaviour, and pupil engagement.
  • Assist with preparation of learning resources and classroom organisation.
  • Contribute to a structured, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
