Team Member Location: Stoke-on-Trent Job Type: Full-Time & Part-Time We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic, reliable and customer-focused Team Members to join a busy and growing hospitality/retail environment in Stoke-on-Trent. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to develop their skills within a friendly and supportive team. The Role As a Team Member, your responsibilities will include: Providing excellent customer service Taking customer orders accurately Preparing food and drinks to company standards Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene Preparing the store for opening and closing Working effectively as part of a team during busy periods Handling cash and card transactions Completing daily cash-up procedures Following food safety, hygiene and company procedures Supporting colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the store Promoting products and identifying opportunities to increase sales About You We are looking for candidates who are: Friendly, approachable and confident with customers Reliable and punctual Hardworking and enthusiastic Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment A strong team player Able to communicate effectively Organised with good time-management skills Positive and willing to learn Flexible with working hours Previous hospitality, retail, catering or food service experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
