Telehandler / Forklift Driver - Wanted - Immediate Start! Shrewsbury | Salary: DOE Temporary, Full-Time Are you an experienced Telehandler / Forklift Driver? Regional Recruitment are recruiting for a Telehandler / Forklift Driver to join a busy construction project in Shrewsbury. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and safety-conscious operator with experience working on construction sites. You will be responsible for operating the telehandler safely, supporting site operations, and ensuring materials are delivered efficiently across the project. Loading, unloading, and distributing materials to site operatives. Carrying out daily machine checks and reporting defects immediately. Assisting with deliveries and ensuring materials are stored correctly. Working closely with site management and subcontractors. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment. Following all site health and safety regulations at all times. Supporting general site duties where required. Ensuring all lifting and movement operations are completed safely. Undertaking any other ad-hoc duties as directed by site management. Requirements As a Telehandler / Forklift Driver, you will also be expected to: Hold a valid Medical Certificate (mandatory). Arrive on time and maintain excellent attendance. Complete all required site documentation accurately. Maintain a professional attitude and appearance. Work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Health, Safety & Compliance All employees are required to: Comply with all employment legislation and relevant codes of good practice. Take reasonable care for their own health and safety and that of others in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and associated legislation.
