Are you an experienced Labourer / Site Cleaner? Regional Recruitment are recruiting for a Labourer / Building Site Cleaner to join a busy construction site team. This is a practical, hands-on role for a reliable individual who takes pride in keeping work areas clean, safe and well organised. A valid CSCS card is essential.

Qualifications
Essential:
- Valid CSCS card
- Previous building site cleaning, labouring or construction-site experience
- Good awareness of site health and safety requirements
Desirable:
- Experience working on construction or refurbishment projects
- Own PPE
Roles & Responsibilities
- Keep site welfare areas, walkways and work areas clean and tidy.
- Remove rubbish and maintain designated waste and recycling areas.
- Assist with general site housekeeping and maintain clear access routes.
- Support the site management team with cleaning duties as required.
- Ensure work areas remain presentable, organised and safe for all site personnel.
- Follow instructions from the Site Manager and work safely at all times.
- Report hazards, spillages, damaged materials or unsafe conditions promptly.
- Use cleaning materials and equipment correctly and store them safely.
- Work effectively alongside trades, labourers and subcontractors.
- Maintain good timekeeping and a professional approach on site.
- Wear the required PPE at all times.
- Be flexible to support other general site duties when required.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as directed by the Site Manager.
Requirements
As a Building Site Cleaner, you will also be expected to:
- Arrive on time and be ready to work for the full shift.
- Keep site areas clean throughout the day and at the end of each shift.
- Communicate clearly with the Site Manager and the wider site team.
Health, Safety & Compliance
All workers are required to:
- Hold and present a valid CSCS card before starting work.
- Take reasonable care of their own health and safety and that of others on site.
- Follow all site rules, health and safety procedures and PPE requirements.
