Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Rust.
- Build scalable, reliable, and high-performance distributed systems.
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to deploy and optimise AI models in production.
- Develop APIs, data pipelines, and platform tooling.
- Improve system performance, security, and reliability.
- Contribute to architecture decisions and engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Commercial experience developing software in Rust .
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and performance optimisation.
- Experience building backend services and APIs.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience within AI, Machine Learning, or Data platforms.
- Knowledge of Python and cloud-native architectures.
- Open-source contributions.
- Experience with vector databases, LLMs, or MLOps tooling.
