Are you an experienced Labourer? Regional Recruitment are recruiting for a reliable, hardworking and experienced Full-Time Labourer to join a growing landscaping and fencing team. Immediate start available. We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic who isn’t afraid of hard work, takes pride in what they do and can work both as part of a team and independently.

Qualifications
Essential:
- Full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 1 year
- Reliable, punctual and physically fit
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Able to work well within a team and independently
Desirable:
- Previous labouring experience
- CSCS card, although training can be provided
Roles & Responsibilities
- Carrying and fetching paving slabs and materials
- Loading and moving materials around site
- Using wheelbarrows and moving aggregates/soil
- Mixing mortar and concrete using a cement mixer
- Assisting landscapers and fencers with day-to-day tasks
- Keeping sites, tools and working areas clean and tidy
- Undertaking other general labouring duties as required
As a Labourer, you will also be expected to:
- Follow instructions from landscapers, fencers and site supervisors.
- Use tools, equipment and materials safely and responsibly.
- Maintain excellent timekeeping and attendance.
- Represent the company professionally while working on site.

All employees are required to:
- Comply with all employment legislation and relevant codes of good practice.
- Take reasonable care for their own health and safety and that of others in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and associated legislation.
- Co-operate fully with the company and colleagues to ensure statutory and safety requirements are always met.
