Role and Responsibilities:

  • Delivering Care Certificate training to new and existing staff members in line with current regulations and best practice
  • Facilitating training relating to competency assessments, care planning, and risk assessment procedures
  • Delivering First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS) training, including CPR
  • Developing and updating training materials, presentations, and learning resources
  • Working alongside management teams to identify training needs
