Role Overview

This is a varied role focused on supporting customers with parts enquiries and sales. You’ll be dealing with both trade and internal workshop requests, ensuring the right parts are supplied quickly and efficiently. It’s a good fit for someone with commercial vehicle or motor trade parts experience who enjoys a busy, customer-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming parts enquiries from customers and the workshop
  • Identifying and supplying the correct parts using systems and catalogues
  • Processing orders and managing stock availability
