Site Foreman – Immediate Start – S278 Experience Essential Midlands (Coventry) Based | Salary: DOE Contract, Full-Time Are you an experienced Site Manager or Foreman with strong S278 knowledge? Regional Recruitment are recruiting for a Site Foreman to oversee a new housing development, with further projects scheduled after completion, offering long-term, continuous work. This role requires a reliable, organised leader with proven experience delivering residential schemes and managing S278 works to a high standard. You will coordinate trades, maintain site safety, and ensure smooth delivery from groundworks through to handover. What’s on Offer: Long-term pipeline of residential and civils projects Supportive senior management and clear communication of build programmes Opportunity to work with a reputable housing developer Professional development and progression opportunities Qualifications Essential: Proven Site Manager / Foreman experience Strong understanding of S278 works CSCS Card Desirable: SMSTS or SSSTS First Aid at Work Temporary Works Coordinator Traffic Management qualifications Roles & Responsibilities Oversee day‑to‑day site operations on a 15‑plot housing development Manage and coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers Ensure all S278 works are delivered safely, compliantly, and to specification Maintain high standards of health & safety across the site Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, and Local Authorities Monitor progress against programme and report updates to senior management Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings Ensure quality control throughout all stages of the build Maintain excellent timekeeping and organisation in line with build schedules Proactively identify risks, delays, or issues and implement solutions Uphold professional conduct and represent the company positively Support junior staff and mentor apprentices where required Be flexible to support additional projects once this development is complete Requirements As Site Manager/Foreman, you will also be expected to: Complete all site paperwork accurately and on time Submit weekly reports, site diaries, and compliance documentation Ensure all information is passed to Head Office in line with company standards Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and external stakeholders Health, Safety & Compliance All employees are required to: Comply with all employment legislation and relevant codes of good practice Take reasonable care for their own health and safety and that of others Co-operate fully with the company to ensure statutory and safety requirements are met About Regional Recruitment This position is being advertised by Regional Recruitment Ltd, an award-winning independent recruitment agency established in 2008.
