Job Description Personal Injury Solicitor - OL/EL/PL\n Location: Remote Options Job Type: Full Time Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Experience: 2+ years' PQE or equivalent relevant experience The Opportunity\n We are currently working with a growing law firm that is looking to appoint an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join its established team. \n The firm offers a flexible working environment, good quality work and genuine opportunities for career progression. The Role\n You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of OL/EL/PL claims, providing clients with clear legal advice and ensuring matters are progressed efficiently from initial instruction through to settlement or Trial. Key Responsibilities\n \n \n Managing a caseload of OL/EL/PL personal injury claims . \n \n Handling claims arising from workplace, public liability and occupiers' liability accidents. \n \n Providing high-quality legal advice and maintaining strong client relationships. \n \n Ensuring clients receive an excellent level of service throughout their claim. \n \n Strong experience across OL/EL/PL claims . \n \n The ability to manage claims through the full lifecycle, including Trial. \n \n A good understanding of Personal Injury law and claims procedures. \n \n Good IT skills and experience using legal case management systems. \n What's on Offer\n \n \n Competitive salary based on experience. \n \n Flexible hybrid and remote working options . \n \n 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays. \n \n Excellent opportunities for career progression. \n \n The opportunity to join a growing Personal Injury team. \
