Job Title: Steel Fixer Location: Market Bosworth Pay: £24 P/H (We don\’t use any umbrella companies) Hours of Work: 9 hours Type: Site Based Start Date: Immediately We are hiring for a Steel Fixer for 2 weeks worth of work in the Cadeby area for one of our clients. Duties of a Steel Fixer: • Installing and fixing steel reinforcement bars (rebar) according to project specifications • Reading and interpreting construction drawings and blueprints • Ensuring steel reinforcement is securely tied and positioned for concrete placement • Working safely and efficiently while adhering to health and safety regulations Skills and experience of a Steel Erector: • Proven experience as a steel fixer or similar role in construction • Strong knowledge of steel fixing techniques and reinforcement practices • Ability to read and understand construction drawings • Physically fit and able to work in outdoor, sometimes challenging conditions • CSCS card • Own tools and PPE • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment About the Client Our client is a civil and groundworks contractor based in the Leicester area.
