Are you an experienced Dumper Driver? Regional Recruitment are recruiting for a skilled and reliable Dumper Driver to join a professional and growing construction services company. This is a site-based contract role requiring a safety-conscious individual who can work independently and as part of a wider team. You will be responsible for operating dumpers to transport materials safely and efficiently across site.

Qualifications Essential:

  • CPCS or NPORS Dumper Ticket (Forward Tipping Dumper / Ride on Roller where applicable)
  • Valid CSCS Card
  • Previous experience on busy construction sites

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Operate dumper safely to transport materials around site
  • Load, move, and tip materials as directed
  • Carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects
  • Work closely with groundworkers and site supervisors
  • Maintain safe working practices at all times
  • Assist with general site duties when required
  • Follow site plans and instructions
  • Ensure work is completed efficiently and to deadlines

Requirements:

  • Be reliable, punctual, and professional
  • Demonstrate strong awareness of health & safety
  • Have good communication skills on site
  • Be flexible with duties and working hours
  • Provide references from previous employment

Health, Safety & Compliance:

  • Comply with all employment legislation and site regulations
  • Take reasonable care for their own health and safety and that of others
  • Work in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974
  • Co-operate fully with site management to ensure safety standards are met
