Job Title: Scaffolder Location: Tiverton Devon Salary: £30k – £50k per year Schedule: Monday – Friday Start Date: Immediately Duties – Build and assemble scaffolding structures according to blueprints and specifications – Inspect and maintain scaffolding equipment for safety and functionality – Erect and dismantle scaffolding systems in a timely and efficient manner – Ensure scaffolding is properly secured and stable for workers to perform their tasks – Collaborate with the Scaffolding Manager to determine the appropriate type and height of scaffolding needed for each project – Follow all safety protocols and regulations while working at heights Qualifications – Previous experience as a Scaffold Builder – Knowledge of different types of scaffolding systems and their uses – Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and construction plans – Strong understanding of safety procedures and protocols when working at heights – Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions – Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently – Must have full UK driving licence and preference will be given to candidates with a Category C licence About the Client Our client is a cradle to grave construction company with a scaffolding outfit that are looking for a scaffolder to join their project on a temporary/permanent basis.
