Are you an experienced Labourer with groundworks experience? Regional Recruitment are recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join a professional and growing construction services company. This is a site-based contract role supporting groundworks teams, requiring a proactive individual who can assist across a variety of tasks while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency on site.

Qualifications
Essential:
- Valid CSCS Card
- Previous experience working on groundworks sites
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist groundworkers with tasks such as digging, drainage, and concreting
- Prepare and clear work areas ready for construction activities
- Load and unload materials and distribute across site
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Maintain site cleanliness and general housekeeping duties
- Support plant operators and other trades as required
- Follow instructions from supervisors and site management
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with health & safety regulations
Requirements
As a Labourer, you will also be expected to:
- Be reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Be able to work as part of a team and independently
- Have good awareness of site health & safety
- Provide references from previous employment
