Job DescriptionLettings Negotiator\ N We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Lettings Negotiator to join an established property team based in Maidstone . \ N This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in lettings who enjoys working with landlords and tenants, generating new instructions and progressing properties through to successful completion. \ N The successful candidatewill be confident dealing with customers, have strong local market awareness and be motivated by delivering results. The Role\ N As a Lettings Negotiator,you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day lettings process and helping to maximise new and existing business opportunities. \ N Your responsibilities will include: \ N \n \n Managing enquiries from prospective landlords and tenants \ N \n Registering and qualifying applicants \ N \n Arranging and conducting property viewings \ N \n Matching applicants with suitable properties \ N \n Negotiating offers and progressing lets through to completion \ N \n Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants \ N \n Carrying out regular follow-up with applicants and prospective clients \ N \n Generating new business and identifying opportunities for additional instructions \ N \n Supporting property valuations and landlord appointments where required \ N \n Keeping landlordsupdated throughout the letting process \ N \n Liaising with referencing, compliance and property management teams \ N \n Ensuring properties are marketed accurately and effectively \ N \n Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems \ N \n Working towards individual and team targets \ N \n Providing a highstandard of customer service throughout the lettings journey \ N About You\n We're looking for someone who is commercially minded, customer-focused and enjoys working in a target-driven environment. \ N You should have: \ N \n \n Previous experience within residential lettings or a closely related property role \ N \n Strong communication and negotiation skills \ N \n Confidence dealing with landlords, tenants and applicants \ N \n A proactive approach to generating and converting opportunities \ N \n Good knowledge ofthe local property market \ N \n Excellent organisational and time-management skills \ N \n Strong attentionto detail \ N \n The ability to work independently while contributing to a wider team \ N \n A professional and personable approach \ N \n A genuine interest in property and delivering excellent customer service \ N The Ideal Candidate\n This role would suit an experienced Lettings Negotiator who enjoys the variety of working across valuations, viewings, applicant management and deal progression. \ N You'll be someone who ismotivated by results, comfortable working to targets and confident building relationships with both landlords and tenants. \ N If you're looking for your next opportunity within the lettings sector in Maidstone , we'd be interested in hearing from you. \ N Basic Salary: £21,000 \ N Commission: Uncapped (with guaranteed earnings for first 4 months, then further commission support to provide a minimum combined income of £29,400) \ N \n JBRP1_UKTJ
