Lettings Negotiator West Sussex We are looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join an established property team covering West Sussex.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated lettings professional who enjoys working with landlords and tenants, generating new opportunities and progressing properties through to successful let.

The role would suit someone who is commercially driven, confident dealing with customers and passionate about delivering a high standard of service.

The Role As a Lettings Negotiator, you will support the full lettings process, from generating new opportunities and registering applicants through to negotiating offers and progressing successful lets.

Your responsibilities will include: * Handling enquiries from prospective landlords and tenants * Registering, qualifying and matching applicants * Arranging and conducting property viewings * Negotiating offers between landlords and prospective tenants * Progressing agreed lets through to move-in * Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants * Following up with applicants and prospective clients to maximise opportunities * Identifying opportunities to generate new landlord instructions * Supporting rental valuations and landlord appointments where required * Advising landlords on local market conditions and rental values * Keeping clients updated throughout the lettings process * Liaising with property management, referencing and compliance teams * Ensuring properties are accurately marketed and presented * Maintaining accurate records and updating property systems * Working towards individual and team targets * Providing excellent customer service throughout the lettings journey About You We're looking for a proactive and target-driven Lettings Negotiator with previous experience within residential lettings or a closely related property environment.
