Job Title: FLT Counterbalance\\nLocation: Swindon\\nPay Rate: £13.00 – £14.00 per hour\\nShift Pattern: 5:00am – 14:00pm\\nContract Type: Temp – Permanent\\nStart Date: ASAP\\n\\nPlease note: A valid D2 (EXTERNAL) Counter Licence is required for this position.\\n\\nAbout the Role\\n\\nWe are currently seeking experienced and motivated FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a leading goods distribution company in Swindon on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key part of a growing team within a well-established organisation.\\n\\nYou will be working in a modern, fully equipped warehouse that includes excellent on-site facilities such as:\\n\\nCanteen\\n\\nSmoking area\\n\\nFree car parking\\n\\nLocker room\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\nOperate Counterbalance (D2) to load, unload, and move goods efficiently\\n\\nPick, pack, label, and store stock accurately\\n\\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment\\n\\nProvide excellent service by ensuring orders are processed correctly and on time\\n\\nCommunicate effectively with team members and management\\n\\nFollow all health, safety, and company procedures\\n\\nRequirements\\n\\nValid D2 Counterbalance Licence (essential)\\n\\nPrevious experience operating Reach Trucks in a warehouse setting\\n\\nPhysically fit and capable of manual handling duties\\n\\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy with paperwork\\n\\nBasic computer skills (for data entry and stock processing)\\n\\nGood communication skills and a positive attitude\\n\\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\\n\\nNext Steps\\n\\nImmediate interviews available!\\n\\nTo apply, please contact Alan under (phone number removed) at Regional Recruitment Services or call the industrial team under (phone number removed) and press 1.
