We are seeking an experienced Sewing Machinist to join our team in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Duties of a Sewing Machinist:
- Operating industrial sewing machines in a fast‑paced production setting
- Sewing a range of materials to required specifications
- Carrying out twin needle sewing, top sewing, flat sewing, and overlocking
- Ensuring consistently high‑quality workmanship
- Completing regular sewing machine checks and basic maintenance
- Working to production targets and deadlines
- Following health & safety and quality procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organised workstation
Skills and experience of a Sewing Machinist:
- Previous experience as a Sewing Machinist or similar role
- Operating twin needle machines, top sewing, flat sewing, and overlock machines
