We are looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic, award-winning Technology Division, which covers:
- Support
- Cyber Security
- Data
- Infrastructure
- Cloud
- Development
- Testing
- and more

This role requires a motivated self-starter who takes ownership of their niche like it’s their own business and personal brand. You will have the autonomy to build relationships, develop your market, and grow your desk into a high-performing revenue stream, with generous uncapped commission and bonus scheme.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Understand client hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement
- Handle queries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Continuously learn and improve through training and feedback
What We’re Looking For
- Previous sales experience (B2B preferred)
- Previous technology/IT recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
- Confident communicator with excellent telephone skills
- Strong rapport-building and negotiation abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- IT proficiency (Microsoft Office & CRM Systems)
- Positive, resilient and target-driven personality
- UK driving licence (preferred)
