A well-established and growing financial advisory firm based in the Cheshire area is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join their client-focused team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong paraplanner who enjoys producing high-quality financial planning work and contributing to excellent client outcomes in a supportive and professional environment.

The Role

  • Prepare detailed suitability reports and supporting financial planning documentation
  • Provide technical research and analysis to support Financial Advisers
  • Carry out cashflow modelling and product research across pensions, investments, and protection
  • Ensure all advice documentation meets regulatory and internal compliance standards
  • Work closely with advisers, administrators, and third-party providers
  • Stay up to date with industry and regulatory changes

About You

  • Previous experience in a Paraplanner role within a financial planning or IFA environment
  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or actively working towards completion)
  • Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, protection, and taxation
  • Excellent attention to detail and report-writing skills
  • Confident using financial planning software and back-office systems
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
