Job Description Licensed Conveyancer - RemoteThe Opportunity\n We are looking for an experienced Licensed Conveyancer to join a well-established and growing conveyancing team on a fully remote basis. \n This is an ideal opportunity for a conveyancer who wants to focus on high-quality legal work and client delivery , without the pressure of business development or having to generate their own caseload. \n You'll be supported by a centralised team responsible for converting and progressing new work , allowing you to concentrate on managing your files, advising clients and delivering a high standard of service. Package & Benefits\n \n \n Salary: £40,000-£60,000, depending on experience \n \n Location: Fully remote \n \n Hours: Flexible working around agreed core hours \n \n Caseload: Target of approximately 20-25 completed matters per month \n \n Business Development: No requirement to generate your own business \n \n Centralised team providing a consistent flow of converted work \n \n Supportive and collaborative remote working environment \n \n Opportunity to develop within a growing conveyancing operation \n \n Focus on quality, client service and efficient case management rather than sales \n The Role\n As a Licensed Conveyancer, you will take responsibility for managing residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. \n Your responsibilities will include: \n \n \n Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters \n \n Providing clear and professional legal advice to clients \n \n Handling transactions from instruction through to exchange and completion \n \n Reviewing contracts, title documents and searches \n \n Raising and responding to enquiries \n \n Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other relevant parties \n \n Ensuring files are progressed efficiently and within required timescales \n \n Maintaining accurate and compliant case records \n \n Identifying and resolving issues throughout the conveyancing process \n \n Working towards a consistent monthly completion target \n \n Maintaining high standards of client care and regulatory compliance \n What Makes This Role Different?\n No business development. You won't be expected to spend your time networking, bringing in clients or generating your own instructions. \n A centralised conversion team handles the front-end process and converts incoming opportunities, providing you with a steady pipeline of work. \n The focus is therefore on what you do best: managing conveyancing matters, advising clients and getting transactions completed efficiently. About You\n We're looking for an experienced Licensed Conveyancer who is confident managing their own caseload and can work effectively in a remote environment. \n You should have: \n \n \n A relevant conveyancing qualification, such as CILEX / Licensed Conveyancer status \n \n Strong experience handling residential conveyancing matters \n \n The ability to manage a busy caseload independently \n \n A proven track record of consistently completing a high volume of matters \n \n Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail \n \n Excellent client communication skills \n \n Good organisational and time-management abilities \n \n A proactive approach to progressing files \n \n The ability to work independently while contributing to a wider remote team \n \n A strong understanding of relevant regulatory and compliance requirements \n The Ideal Candidate\n This role would suit a conveyancer who enjoys getting deals over the line and wants a role where their time is spent on fee-earning legal work rather than chasing leads or generating business. \n If you're looking for £40,000-£60,000 earning potential, genuine remote flexibility, a strong centralised support structure and no business development requirement , this could be an excellent opportunity. \n \n JBRP1_UKTJ
