A well-established and highly respected legal practice is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated legal professional to join a forward-thinking firm and take ownership of a varied and high-quality caseload.
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will play a key role in managing a broad caseload of commercial property matters, supporting the continued growth of the department and building long lasting relationships with clients. If you have a passion for delivering high-quality legal services and enjoy working in a commercially focused environment, then this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- Manage landlord and tenant matters including leases, renewals, assignments and licences
- Assist with commercial refinancing and secured lending transactions
- Draft and negotiate contracts and property documentation
- Conduct title investigations and prepare reports
- Manage direct client relationships
- Ensure files are progressed efficiently from instruction through to completion
- Support wider business development initiatives where appropriate

Requirements:- Qualified Solicitor
- Minimum of 3 years PQE in commercial property
- Confident managing files independently
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
