A well-established and highly respected legal practice is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated legal professional to join a forward-thinking firm and take ownership of a varied and high-quality caseload.

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will play a key role in managing a broad caseload of commercial property matters, supporting the continued growth of the department and building long lasting relationships with clients. If you have a passion for delivering high-quality legal services and enjoy working in a commercially focused environment, then this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
  • Manage landlord and tenant matters including leases, renewals, assignments and licences
  • Assist with commercial refinancing and secured lending transactions
  • Draft and negotiate contracts and property documentation
  • Conduct title investigations and prepare reports
  • Manage direct client relationships
  • Ensure files are progressed efficiently from instruction through to completion
  • Support wider business development initiatives where appropriate
About You

We’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded individual who is confident managing their own caseload.

Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor
  • Minimum of 3 years PQE in commercial property
  • Confident managing files independently
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills
  • Commercially aware and client-focused approach
  • Proactive and flexible approach to work
