A leading regional law firm with a strong reputation in the East Midlands is seeking a commercially minded Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing team in the Kettering office. Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a diverse caseload of commercial property matters including:
  • Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Lease renewals and assignments
  • Development and investment work
  • Secured lending and refinancing transactions
  • Acting for a broad client base including SMEs, property developers, landlords, tenants, and investors.
  • Providing clear, practical legal advice with a strong focus on commercial outcomes.
  • Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and ancillary documentation.
  • Business Development:

    • Build strong relationships with existing clients and professional contacts.
    • Proactively engage in networking and marketing activities to grow the commercial property client base in the Kettering area.
    • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to identify and pursue cross-referral opportunities.

    The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

    • A minimum of 3 years PQE in Commercial Property law, with solid technical knowledge and case handling experience.
