Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a diverse caseload of commercial property matters including:
- Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Lease renewals and assignments
- Development and investment work
- Secured lending and refinancing transactions
Business Development:
- Build strong relationships with existing clients and professional contacts.
- Proactively engage in networking and marketing activities to grow the commercial property client base in the Kettering area.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to identify and pursue cross-referral opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- A minimum of 3 years PQE in Commercial Property law, with solid technical knowledge and case handling experience.
